Startup culture is all about embracing failure as a chance to learn and get better. But the truth is, humans generally suck at doing this. We don’t like learning from our mistakes, in fact most of us tend to ignore or even outright forget past mistakes. Some people are worse than others, and we probably all can think of that extremely opinionated person who was always wrong but could never admit it.
